Harmel's Reservation and Deposit Agreement
To make a reservation, please fill out this form below and submit.
All reservations are guaranteed subject to written confirmation. A deposit is required equivalent to one night's stay or 30% of the total rate for the number of days reserved, whichever is greater. Deposits are due within 10 days and the unpaid balance is payable upon departure. In the event it is necessary to cancel reservations, deposits will be refunded in full if such cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival (groups with 3 or more units require 50% deposit and written cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival). Should any circumstance dictate the necessity to cancel on less than 30 days notice (60 days for groups), or a situation arises whereby guests would have late arrivals or early departures, a penalty in the amount of the deposit will be charged. Deposits will apply to any unused or unsold portion of the reservation. However, Harmel's will make every effort to sell the reserved space and refund deposits, less a 10% handling fee.
